On 6th Sept 2023 KBA held a Leadership and Team Building Training which is a transformative program specifically designed to empower women in the Kibera community. This training aimed to enhance the leadership skills and team-building capabilities of women, enabling them to take on leadership roles within their communities and organizations.
The program by the Karaffa Business Academy seeks to empower women in Kibera not only to become effective leaders and team members but also to create positive change within their communities. Through this training, participants gain the confidence and skills needed to take on leadership roles and contribute to the development and growth of Kibera, ultimately leading to a more empowered and prosperous community.
