The Academy offers a three years education program including four months internship period the women are attached to the middle class Business women, and the women are also empowered to run successful businesses.

KEY BENEFITS
Economic
empowerment
It is expected that through the project intervention the target group and their families will improve their household incomes and become more economically empowered. This will lead to overall better lifestyles than they currently have.
Social
empowerment
Through building their capacities the beneficiaries will be able to make better social decisions and therefore improve their lives while at the same time transforming their behaviors positively. It is also expected that the intervention will minimize school dropouts thus improving on literacy levels in the slum.
Community
empowerment
As part of the Kibera community the entire community will reap better social and economic benefits through the transformed lives of the direct beneficiaries.
